[Gorilla Warfare]

Well drawn and animated, but short

Some good points:
Very well animated, drawn, and done. Also, somewhat comedic in spots.

Disappointing points:
The music was a little too compressed. The animation got a little lackluster in a few little spots, and there were no sound effects. It was also a little too short for me.

However, this is a very well done piece of work. Good job.

Welcome to the portal

If this really is your first movie, then WOW! You sure are off to a great start. The animation is really good, the graphics are good, and the sound is good as well. However, in terms of regular quality, it isn't too fantastic, but still, when first-time authors impress me, it's hard not to say really good things!

A few pointers for creating better flash: Make it longer, and place more detail. That waterfall sure was cool looking. However, this is 2009, and the bar of quality in flash movies overall is really high now. Another pointer is don't make trailers, but this is an OK exception. Plus, sometimes flash authors really need the publicity, I can understand. As well, try making custom sprites for certain situations. Funny faces and funny looking stances come in handy in comedy sprite movies.

I hardly see any flash authors with first movies that get past the portal's judgment. However, this might be a rare exception.

Maybe you're the chosen one...heh.

Comedic Genius

Ok, the graphics are pure shit and the animation sucks just like Stamper's and JohnnyUtah's. BUT HOLY SHIT. This is funnier than the the original 2 put together. Probably the best one on here (most definitely funnier than my recent submission). I'm not giving it a 10 because it wouldn't be fair...but it's definitely going into my favorites.

Lower your expectations, Part 2

I'm seeing you are following suit with Stamper's "Circle n' Square", and basically I have the same pointers.

I have seen your previous work, and like Stamper's, it's very good. The voiceovers, along with the audio, are crystal clear and perfect.

However, there is no redeeming qualities in the graphics content or the animation.

Once again, I would be giving this movie a lower score if it wasn't for the voiceovers and the sound, and the laughter that followed.

Lower your expectations

The voice work is very fine, so is the audio. File size is nice also, considering the audio quality and contents within the movie.

However, I expected better from you. Judging from your previous work (including the site's design), I would of loved to have seen this fully drawn out and shown in all of your well known "Stamper" trademarked glory.

However, I found the dialogue between "Circle" and "Square" quite funny. If it wasn't for the voice work, I wouldn't be giving this a 4 out of 10.

Below average sound with decent animation

The sound quality is quite below average.

However, the decent animation won me over, it also felt like it was scratching at my brain, something that flash movies on NG rarely do.

This is daily feature material.

Humorous Parody

I have a hard time finding alot of submissions that I enjoy on NG these days, I'm glad yours fell into the enjoyable category! While it is a bit short (and the file size is perfect for that, kudos by the way), I thought it was pretty damn funny. Whenever I see Dennis Haysbert doing his allstate commercials now, all I will be able to think about is this damn video and the flys coming out of his teeth! VERY EXCELLENT animation by the way. The sound is superb as well.

[Fallen Angel Ep. 1 (Pt3)]

This needs to be adapted into a TV Series

I watched all 3 parts and so far as I can tell, this needs to be adapted into a live action TV series. The vision of the world ending is too horrifying and serious for it to be a cartoon, and the flash cartoon world has way too many limitations on it. While the movie suffers from the flash world limits, it's pushed to the limit, the movie is exciting and refreshing, and I'm appalled that this isn't number 1 on the all-time list of Newgrounds.

I would love to see the same a live action TV series of this cartoon with the same style, violence, and foreshadowing anger (even if it ultimately leads nowhere).

That was pretty damn sweet

It's what I would expect (and more) from a sprite movie. It was kick-ass and delivered beyond my expectations. Good work.
