The only way to eliminate them is to report them to a Admin when you see them and they will delete them from the servers

I usually blow my whistle on their spam submissions (including ones that change colors 60 times every second causing epilectic shock), and it turned my whistle into "Garbage", so I don't bother doing anything anymore in that department. It doesn't make a difference.

It's true half the people on this site are spamming retarts, and its a shame couse Newgrounds has so much potential.
